To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Jewelry must not show any signs of wear, scratches, or damage.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
